1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website https://www.ssaquatechnologies.com/ or engaging SS Aqua Pools & Design Pvt. Ltd. for any services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. About SS Aqua Technologies

SS Aqua Pools & Design Pvt. Ltd. (trading as SS Aqua Technologies) is a swimming pool construction, equipment supply, landscaping, water fountain, and kidsplay equipment company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 242A, 11th Street, Phase I Porur Garden, Vanagaram, Chennai – 600056, Tamil Nadu, India. We have over 20 years of industry experience and have successfully delivered 300+ projects across India.

3. Services Offered

SS Aqua Technologies provides the following services:
  • Swimming Pool Construction (residential, commercial, hotels & resorts, schools & colleges)
  • Readymade / Prefabricated Swimming Pools
  • Custom Swimming Pool Design
  • Swimming Pool Equipment Supply and Installation
  • Landscaping and Irrigation Services
  • Water Fountain Design and Installation
  • Kidsplay Equipment Supply and Installation
All services are subject to a separate written agreement, project-specific scope of work, and mutually agreed specifications.

4. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations provided by SS Aqua Technologies are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Prices are indicative and subject to change based on final site assessment, design finalisation, material availability, and applicable taxes (GST).
  • A formal, written quotation must be accepted in writing (via email or signed document) before work commences.
  • Any additional work or changes to the agreed scope will require a separate written change order and may result in additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules will be specified in the project agreement/contract.
  • Typical payment milestones may include: advance upon order confirmation, stage-wise payments during construction, and final payment upon project completion.
  • All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed payment methods.
  • Delayed payments may attract interest at the rate specified in the project agreement, or 18% per annum if not otherwise specified.
  • SS Aqua Technologies reserves the right to pause or suspend work in the event of non-payment.

6. Project Execution & Timeline

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions (particularly monsoon season), permit approvals, site access, unforeseen ground conditions, or client-caused delays.
  • The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary local authority permissions, building permits, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for pool construction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • SS Aqua Technologies will endeavour to complete projects within the agreed schedule and will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate site information, measurements, and access to the project site.
  • Ensure the site is safe, clear, and accessible for construction teams and equipment.
  • Obtain all required statutory approvals, permissions, and NOCs from relevant authorities.
  • Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
  • Designate an authorized representative for site-related decisions and approvals.
  • Comply with Tamil Nadu Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations and any other applicable local regulations.

8. Warranty and Defect Liability

  • SS Aqua Technologies provides a limited warranty on construction workmanship and major structural components. The warranty period and scope will be specified in the individual project contract.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal usage conditions.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, lack of proper maintenance, chemical imbalance, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Equipment warranty is subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, images, project photographs, pool designs, logos, graphics, videos, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of SS Aqua Technologies or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • SS Aqua Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the value paid by the client for that project.
  • We are not responsible for third-party delays, acts of God, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Cancellation and Termination

  • Cancellation of a confirmed project by the client after commencement of work will require written notice and may result in forfeiture of the advance payment and charges for work already completed.
  • SS Aqua Technologies reserves the right to terminate an agreement if the client fails to make payments, breaches any material term, or creates unsafe working conditions.
  • In the event of termination, a final settlement will be calculated based on the work completed to date.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Use of Website

You agree not to:
  • Use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems.
  • Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion.

14. Testimonials and Reviews

Customer reviews and testimonials displayed on our website are genuine and shared with the consent of our clients. We do not alter or misrepresent reviews. SS Aqua Technologies maintains a 4.8-star Google rating based on verified customer feedback.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
